Am- 7 at lorimor park. Felt pretty bad. Just had no energy. Haven’t been sleeping well so that probably attributed to it. Think the miles are starting to affect me, so gonna just use this as a good time to get stronger by running on tired legs. If I can train on tired legs now, when I feel fresh in may the results will be good. Pm- 3 around my neighborhood. Felt a bit better than the morning. Was stuck in 3 hours of traffic so ran quicker because of how annoyed I was
