Am- 2 miles on the track. Pretty tired. Thinking super-comp wouldve been best but I have to learn to run with tired legs. The more 70s on tired legs will make me feel a lot stronger in the big races. Learned that this weekend. Pm- 8 miles on Leiper with Pat, Nescio, Tommy, Mike, and Zach. Legs alright, breathing got a bit labored which is annoying. Core and pushups before, stretching, rolling and hips after.
