First good, legitimate training day in a while. Ran on the bike path, kept the pace easy, 6:45 avg. Then hit a bunch of core. Haven't been doing much, have been busy so running every day has been hard enough. It felt really good to finally hit some of the gs that I need to do regularly to stay healthy and feeling good. Lunges, ped x12, 12 minute abs, pushups. Great day.
