2wu, 3.04 thresh (6:44, 6:28, 6:29), 2cd. Ran with Emmy. My whole body felt tired during this and it felt like we were going so much faster. My left hip still felt sore and it hurt during the warm up when we went from stopping to starting so I think its out of alignment. Had no issues with it during the thresh besides for the first couple steps and didn't feel it at all of the cool down. Core, pedestal, iced hip.
