1.5 wu, 3k- 10:30, 1.5cd. My legs really didn't feel tired before the race but within the first 5 laps they started to hurt and the last 2k was rough. This was basically a repeat of Boston, I just went out slightly faster (5:23) and died a little harder. The first mile felt faster than my mile yesterday, but I didn't look at the clock during the race bc I didn't want to know what it was. My legs really started to hurt with 6 laps left and my calves felt like they were on fire. Not really upset about this race bc of my mile yesterday but it just sucks that I wasn't really able to bring my 3k time down this season. Legs felt so tired the rest of the day.
