Had my first final today at 8:30, it went alright but I only got 3 hours of sleep or so beforehand so I spent the majority of the afternoon lounging and trying to recover, and barely fit my run in before the meeting today at 4. Ran into the NP and up on rim, then down through valley and back up to Blackstock. I thought the meeting went quite well and it got me hyped up for the fall, really looking forward to a good summer of training ahead.
