Feeling fresh and ready to go after resting up for the past 10 days or so. Just got word from Saltz that we are still on for the long run tomorrow, so I figured it would be best to get the legs moving today in preparation for that. Did a loop from DU past the president's house and all the way out to Walmart, then back on the people pathway that runs alongside the highway to Walmart and back past the school. Feeling very fresh and looking forward to what should be a good training block ahead heading into the fall.
