Early day of work today: woke up at 5am to drive to Paramus to cover as an aide at its Sportscare location for 7-3pm. Got out of work and noticed my heel was still sore. Decided I would still stay on the rower, not easy to stay on this when all I want to do is get out on the track and get in the work but this is what I gotta do now if I want to be great in the spring. Did 30 mins of easy rowing followed by 10 mins of core.
