Daily Note

50 minute recovery run, 3 strides, stretch and roll. Good recovery run today. Ran in the same group I have been running with these last few weeks. It has been good running with the bigger group because I feel we are all making each other faster. The run felt good today, legs were feeling fresh and smooth, which is always a good sign, hyped for TINMAN TEMPO TOMORROW WITH THE BOYS!!!
