Daily Note

10 minute warm up, hips + drills, 2 super long hills, 2 regular hills, 2 short hills, 1 shorter hill, 15 minute cool down with 30 60’s, lifting, core, stretch and roll. Super fire workout today. Did the absolute max on volume and it felt hard but very good. It was difficult but every single rep I found another gear and kept grinding. I won the first 3 hills and I knew it would get harder on the next 4. On the next four I didn’t win but I was with the front group. I know people joke about it but the whole fist bump thing I feel is a good thing. Cause on my not as good hill reps a fist bump just got me back up. It’s small but makes a difference. The 7th rep was good, felt nice to shake out the legs. Afterwards me and speezy were working really hard in the weight room and it felt like a good lifting session.
