Daily Note

15 minute warm up, hips + drills, 4x800's @ VO2 (2:30) equal rest, 3x200's @ 800 pace around 32ish, 10 minute cool down, mini, core, stretch. Very good workout today. Finally was able to do a work out with the top group again. The last couple of times I have done work outs when most of the team was there, we split into 2 groups because some people don't like to run in bigger groups. It was a pretty fire workout though. I ran with speezy for the majority of the workout and it was pretty baller. We hit 2:30, 2:28, 2:27, 2:28 which is very fire and fast by like 2-3 seconds. Really pumped with how the workout went today also the 200's felt nice.
