Daily Note

15 minute warm up, hips + drills, 5xHuffman Hills, 4xSchool Hills, 12 minute cool down, lifting, core, stretch. Pretty good workout. Legs felt good on the warm up etc. The hills were good, I was right with the pack for all of them and for the 2nd one I won which felt good. Towards the end of the workout a headache started to come up. It kind of started to bother me during the cool down. Also my calves were so close to cramping. Good day at school. Felt kinda long, and had some work to do.
