Ok workout but not amazing. Right now if I'm being honest, Michael is just in better shape than me but I think I'll catch up in the next few weeks. 3 miles at 7:30-7:00, 2 miles at 6:00-5:40, 1 mile at 5:30 or under. Hit these splits but it felt very hard, ended up running a lot of it alone just because front group went out way faster than I expected for the 4th mile. I think these days off have messed with my consistency in training but now that there's more of a routine I'll start ramping up.
