legs: 3 x 10 calf raise, db swing, RDL, squat, box jump, adductors

One of those spring days where it is quite cold in the morning but starts warming up when you are almost done. Felt not the greatest going in, legs just felt sort of tired and powerless. Hit 36s and 37s with a few 35s thrown in. Definitely felt fast but tried to focus on just staying as relaxed and smooth as possible and going to sleep. Aerobically felt strong. This may be the transition point where I start including more explosive gym work, a second speed session, and making the third workout of the week more race specific. Feel like I am missing some mid distance springiness in my stride and kick.
