For some reason my on campus hill workouts have been very mid this year. Same hill by the high school. Mostly 42s and 43s, with a few 40s, 41s, 44s, and 45s sprinkled in. Effort was definitely on point, so cannot complain. Went to the pain cave on a few reps. Will need to be ready for the real suffering den in two weeks. Ran with Bradley on the cool down.
