P.M. 1 mi. 2 x 20m 2 x 30m 5 mi. HF As expected, felt pretty low energy and weak on this one. Feeling much better, although this morning was a nightmare. Speed session was really quick though. Long story short, I am going to take the rest of this week as mileage instead of workouts, in which I get the mileage I planned on but without doing workouts. I am not losing anything at all, as I will start working out next week when I am hopefully all good. I think in the long run this will be the best course of action.
