A.M. 55 min. run (7 mi.) 500 yd. swim HF Not a bad day to run in Celery Bog. Really took it easy and enjoyed the warm sunshine. Hamstring is feeling a bit better. P.M. 23 min. run (3 mi.) arms: 3 x 10 bench, three way shoulders, shrug, flye, lat pulldown Really loving these evening doubles after the sun sets. Felt alright on this lovely night. Definitely feeling mileage though.
