A.M. 55 min. run (7 mi.) HF 500 yd. swim Started off really feeling yesterday, but felt better by the end. Took it easy. Nice weather for the first day of the month. P.M. 23 min. run (3 mi.) arms: 3 x 10 bench, lat pulldown, three way shoulders, shrug, flye Felt much better tonight and really enjoyed the fresh atmosphere outside. Ran mostly on the fields for some soft terrain.
