leg workout: 3 x 10 calf raise, RDL, squat jump, 3 x 15 hamstring curl

Decent workout, but like Tuesday, times were a bit subpar. Hit 5:39, 5:35, 5:31, 5:32 (?), and 11:38 for the 2 mi. Lost focus in the 2 mile, as the last 100m was in 20ish seconds. Was working the entire time, but was under control. Happy I got it done, but was hoping for slightly faster splits. Feeling the mileage for sure, but it feels good to run these workouts and the mileage too. Weather was decent: a tad bit warm and low wind. Didn't do box jumps in leg workout because had to leave CoRec so I could make dinner.
