Actually a solid workout today despite the heat. Did the long hill on Grant Street by the high school. Hit 6:34, 6:39, 6:37 for 19:50 total. Uphills were around 6-min. pace and downhills were around 7-min. pace. 4x100m strides in 15s each on the track after. Felt good to go quick on the track again.
