Daily Note

AM: First part of arm workout (chest/shoulders) in class. PM: Did the same workout as two Fridays ago. 1) High-quality workout I think but 2) it was for sure an off day for me and I felt it. Good thing (I guess) I couldn't go to the meet. Did 5 mile uptempo (5:59, 5:48, 5:51, 5:48, 5:53) + 4 x 200 @ mile pace in 35/36 (Oops! I think I went complete autopilot and just tried to jog or something), 34, 34, 33. Overall slightly slower than last time but nevertheless a good workout. Definitely like doing 2 or 3 part workouts. Something I will incorporate over the summer. Wind got me in the last mile of the uptempo. Weather was great though. Finished arm workout after.
