Daily Note

Kind of a VO2 max workout today. 1' rest between all except 2' after rep 9 to spike up. Wasn't feeling great today, but got it done. First rep was 1:17, then two 1:16s, and the rest were 1:13 - 1:15. Fastest were 1:10 and 1:12 (spikes got excited). Good workout even though I didn't feel great. Felt it in my legs more. Lungs were fine after. Need to do more speed. Quality team bonding via spike ball after. Some leg strengthening later.
