Why use

Have you ever wanted to track your running and wellness side-by-side with your friends? Have you ever wanted to utilize a program that makes it easy and fun to log your running and wellness information, track progress, and view results? If so, then is for you. online running journal makes recording your health information simple and, even better, exciting!

What is it? online running journal is a site that allows you to log your running, aerobic, and other cross-training activities. You can log your activities, including details such as duration, pace, splits, or repetitions. In addition, you can make notes on each day according to your preference. Not only this, but everyday you can input health information such as weight, body fat %, and sleep so that you can track your progress in these categories at any time. A report including minimum, maximum, and average of all of these variables is available. In addition, you can create custom reports to track progress of anything you choose. This is great for tracking the number of times you have run a specific course or with a specific person, and what your times were during these. If you choose, you can allow others to view your running log. Using the “Teams” feature, you can even give them access to leave you notes on your log. Get some friends to sign up for LogARun and you can track each others’ progress and leave them notes of encouragement or even a slap on the wrist if they haven’t been working out as much as they should!

What separates from other online running journals? focuses on being totally customizable for your needs. Rather than having you fill in an endless number of blanks everyday, allows you to call the shots and choose exactly what you want to log and track. Best of all, at any time, you can easily create custom reports to track whatever you have been logging in your notes or day title fields. This means you can log many activities such as running, swimming, biking, etc, and as many details about these activities as you want. The more details that you provide each day will allow for even fuller reports to track your progress later.
