wind and snow! a great day for a run. i love days like this where everyone else is on the treadmill. footing was decent with my speedgoats. did a big loop around tc. pace felt faster than it was just because of the snowy roads. wind chill was 6, i found out afterwards. comfortable run, heart rate was in a good place
