long run today went semi-well. out and back on the kal haven 11 each way. solo so it was pretty boring but i had my phone playing music from my back pocket so it wasn't terrible. didn't stop until just past 15 miles in and at that point i was clicking off 6:15-6:20 pace. felt kinda drained but still had 7 to go so made it 3 more to alamo with little trouble but really was feeling it at this point. got water and stretched in alamo. i stopped 4 more times over the last 3.8 miles and i just felt awful. pace dropped about a minute from mile 19 to 20 plus it was all uphill which didn't make it any easier on my body. last three were 7:41, 7:49 and 7:59 and i was empty at that point. good times. looooots of hydrating after this one. i guess at least now i know what it feels like to hit the wall on those longer runs
