No watch, so just did woods loops (2.1, 1.5x5, 800 on track). legs felt great today from the start. Looking at the title of this, I assume that when I look back I will think this is a weird story about Louie but alas it is not. originally planned to do a couple of 2 mile loops...early into the first loop, i saw a huge brown blur really close to me. i jumped away and it was a fucking owl, and it flew up into the tree and just looked at me with a pissed off expression. as i know someone who got wrecked by one of these things in alaska, i decided that was all for two mile loops. 2 pee stops, flashbacks to Boston as it started totally pouring and when i finished i was freezing.
