AM: First run of the new year after a short hiatus/recovery in Virginia. Legs felt spry after a couple days off. Just started easy and cut down hard. Ended up sub-6 the last few miles. More tonight. PM: Quick 4 in windy conditions. Felt good, but a little overdressed. A little zip to the ol' legs.
