I ran 3 miles to see how my legs felt, and it was awful. My calves felt like they were in knots and on fire. They were burning quite a lot. I watched Andy run his 400s and then was just going to run back to the house but ended up doing another mile since it felt a lot better which was frustrating since I had felt so terrible the first 3. I biked for about 2 miles with Andy for his cool down. I also biked 4 miles in the evening with him.
