AM: Swim Warm up then 5x500. Took a break after 3 cauz I was dead. Last 2 were slow lmao. PM: 5x200 in 29,29,29,28,27. Went fast cauz i'm not racing and I also don't give a shit lol. Cooldown then did an all out 200 in 26 low. I had my watch under 26 but not bad considering I went fast before with short rest, I had trainers, I was tired, and my start was bad.
