Well got out early evening to do my run decided on a soccer fields extended with add on to reduce the hill factor after yesterday actually felt pretty good staring off 6:40s ish for the first few miles I think (which by the way after misplacing two training watches hard gave it up and bought another one so runs will be timed now if I can keep track of this one had the garmin but I don't like wearing it for regular runs anyways) then picked it up between 4.6 and 12.6 averaged in the 5:50's so yeah anyways with 18.3 yesterday just made an impromptu double long run got to love postgrad a little over a year out and a workout that I would put careful thought into when was the "right time" to do it and now it's just like yolo why not so shuck had a rainstorm from miles 6 to 12 pretty much so fun times their lightning was there but not close enough to be concerned about so kept on it 12.5 to 13.5 was around campus so pretty hilly then did a .5 cooldown before calling it a day then got a good stretch in more later also if you want an update about what I've been up to go to my sunday log also I honestly didn't know what yolo meant until today I just knew it's something you said after you did something stupid but yeah learning about these youngsters culture is always a hoot and a half later roll core hip and knee strengthening anyways svetz in

So what you're saying is you don't have a gun. And I don't know maybe you need to get surgery to get a gun, and maybe the doctor was inside our hearts and our guns all along, so if you really think about it, everyone should undergo surgery so they can get a gun from the doctors inside of us while they are still in there because if they stop being there then one day we are all going to die because we don't have any guns to protect us from the real doctors, who perform evil surgeries that kill people... with guns

Tim whether I have a gun or not is irrelevant I didn't say everyone should have a gun I didn't say you should have gun because I have gun and that is good for some reason I said you should have a gun you specifically I'm not on Emma's log right now saying that she should have a gun and maybe she should maybe she shouldn't I don't know but we're not talking about that now when I say you should have a gun I mean you in the same way if a doctor told you you need surgery you wouldn't say did you get surgery or maybe you would but if you had a gun you could probably get away with it because you could pull it out and intsead of the doctor being like that was a dumb question he would be startled and if you asked him again if he had surgery he would put on a nervous smile and just nod hoping you would just go away
