Waited for the windiest time of the day to run, good resistance training? Met up with Michael for the first 6 miles. Got me started in a nice groove. Pretty similar effort, paces up and down. Nice to get moving. Prep for the weekend!

PM: Went for almost a 5 mile walk and did lots of mobility. Didn't want to overdo it before Saturday.
