6 miles easy to the track, then 8x200 with 200 jog. Realized now I was supposed to have a minute recovery the last 4, but felt like I recovered quickly on the jogs. Felt great! Went 41, 39, 38, 38, 38, 38, 38, 38. Ran into Sarah at the track and got to run a few miles with her. Miles flew by and felt like I could have run forever. Nice way to start the week. Plyos and strength right after.
