6:25 am 4.5 miles easy 6 progressive flyover hills easy jog down easy to 13 miles 4x200 strides, easy finish plyos and leg strength Beautiful morning, great catching up with Paul. Hills felt good, nice to have company for them. Made them progressive and Paul definitely pushed me. Finished up with some light strides in the last mile since I was feeling really good. Wacky HR again. Easy effortless miles, love that feeling.
