6:17, 6:18, 6:06, 6:28, 6:19, 6:05, 6:25, 6:22, 6:22, 6:21, 6:30, 6:14 (6:18 average) A little windier than ideal, but can’t ask for perfect conditions all the time. Not my fastest tempo but definitely felt strong and smooth. Helped having Caleb out there today, really kept it consistent. Headwind got a little rough that 11th mile, but felt smooth once I flipped. Woke up with a really bad stomach and had to go to the bathroom several times this morning, so felt a little dehydrated throughout. Thankful to have gotten my period but it’s bittersweet. At least I know I can run high volume and intensity and my body is still working as it should. Happy with the effort today, but left me still wanting more.

Easy shakeout with Chirine. Felt like a quick turnaround but felt better to shakeout the legs. So warm out!
