With Kristina the first half of the run. Windy City living up to its name. Got soaked by a wave around the curve at Oak Street. Dropped her off at the track and continued running north. Miles flew by this morning. Went to LP Zoo for the hills. Went up the hills into the wind but the strides felt great. Just enough to loosen up the legs. Ploys and leg strength right after.
