Felt so good!! Very controlled effort, felt like I could have kept going for a while. Nice to switch the focus from a long effort Saturday to shorter intervals today. Felt smooth!! So happy with how I'm building confidence in the fitness and letting the effort dictate the pace. Just running happy and free. I don't think I've felt this good...maybe ever? One week at a time, super excited!

Easy shakeout, felt good to loosen up the legs. Easy effortless miles, enjoyed the nice afternoon. Felt better than expected.
