10 hills strides, easy jog down
easy to 14 miles
plyos and leg strength

7 miles easy with Courtney, then ran to Lincoln Park Zoo and did 10 hills about 10 miles into the run. Felt really good this morning, legs felt light and loose. Plyos are legs after really helped put that extra pep in my step, really loosened me up.
