Ran with Kristina to Lakeshore East, did strides while she did hills. Nice way to break up the run. Legs felt great! Didn’t plan on 13, but once I got to 10, figured I had to double later so just got in the miles this morning. Kept it easy. Excited for an actual long run tomorrow!
