leg strength routine

Had a hard time trying to fall asleep last night, I kept waking up hungry even though I was eating all day, and going to the bathroom because I was overhydrated. Ran from Erika’s apartment to the greenway and down some roads, lots of hills but enjoyed the nice weather. Pretty tired to start so kept it a super easy effort, but hard with all the hills. Leg strength afterwards helped loosen me up.
