Pleasantly surprised with this workout. Goal was to run sub 3 for all of them. First couple felt pretty controlled and tried to work it down. Wind started picking up during the workout but pretty much a great morning compared to the past few weeks. Did the last 2 on the track just to feel fast and ended up going faster than I expected. Really happy with this considering I haven’t touched this speed in a while. Excited to race this weekend!

Easy shakeout from Naperville Running Company with Ben Roasario nd a fun crew. Q+A afterwards with Ben and Scott Fauble about Inside a Marathon. Really fun night. Legs felt great!
