Woke up and got my period, didn’t feel the best, and the weather sucked. Just had to get myself out the door. Wind was rough, snow made it a bit icy, started raining and got hit in the face with icicles, but effort felt good! Really happy with the outcome. Plyos and strength right after, fun routine!
