Ran with Kristina for the first 5 miles. A little slippery and snowy at points, but overall not bad. Fairly windy coming back north. Energy felt really good, pace never forced and felt like I could have run forever. Started the pick ups after 10 miles. Started around 5:55 pace and got all the way down to 4:55 pace. Felt so much better opening up the stride. New leg strength was fun!
