Shorts and T-shirt weather!! Great morning! Easy with Michael for the first 9 miles. Ran the hills over the bridge near Montrose, obviously not the steepest but enough for a 20-25 second stride up and down. All continuous except for the strides. Legs felt good once I got moving a little quicker.
