First time on a treadmill since 2017! 800s and hills! Can’t fake a treadmill workout. 800s felt rhythmic. 7% incline is no joke either! Don’t worry I didn’t run outside, but did freeze walking to the gym! Fun stuff! Still no water at home. Plyos and legs #10 after, knee felt great with the weights!

Treadmill run #2 of the day. Having fun on the hamster wheel. Felt good! Will probably be sore from the lifting tomorrow. Gym was packed this afternoon. Hardest part was just getting dressed to walk to the gym. Pretty happy with this overall, used to be addicted to the treadmill because I could control everything, now I’ve learned how much I truly love just getting out there, putting in the work, and embracing whatever comes my way. Last time I ran hills on the treadmill, I got my pelvic stress fractures, so it’s pretty cool to be running where I am now and feeling strong. Struggling a bit with body image, but fueling better than ever and I know it will pay off in the long run. Excited for the long run this weekend and the weeks to come.
