All continuous on the track, actually went by pretty quick. Found my groove and didn't even look at the watch too much. Very in control. Couldn't have asked for a better morning, feels like fall! Great to have so many people on the track! 8:45 am leg strength #11 with dumbbells stretching and mobility 10 am 5 mile easy shakeout Easy shakeout after rolling out and lifting. Got the miles in before work, it was either now or 8:30 tonight. Felt pretty great, enjoying the amazing weather! New watch, pretty cool!!
