Smooth and rhythmic workout. All continuous on the track, actually went by pretty quick. Found my groove and didn't even look at the watch too much. Very in control. Couldn't have asked for a better morning, feels like fall! Great to have so many people on the track!

Easy shakeout after rolling out and lifting. Got the miles in before work, it was either now or 8:30 tonight. Felt pretty great, enjoying the amazing weather! New watch, pretty cool!!
