Turned off autolap and just split the watch. Went totally off of effort and gradually worked it down. A little breezy but not too crazy. Much warmer than it has been which was nice to feel my face and fingers and toes. Tried to work the pace down towards the end, just got too comfortable. Progress every week, great workout!

Easy afternoon double. Breezy but beautiful outside! Stomach bothered me a little so kept it super easy.
