Daily Note

Ended up taking the day off. Went to work from 7:45 to 4 and was going to run after, but my foot was pretty sensitive this morning and wanted to be smart rather than stupid over a few miles. Ended up feeling perfectly normal at the end of the day. So weird. Foam rolled, massaged, and stayed loose all day. Glad I took the day off because felt amazing later on. It's hard to know when to rest sometimes.
