AM- 3mi to Harvard stadium loop, 5 x ~2mi @ 4:55/mi w/ ~90" easy between, 3mi back to Simmons.. 17mi felt decent. Lots of people/cars made things interesting. I did 2 x .73mi laps and then went about .5 more for the ~2mi then did easy .24mi to finish the lap and then start next rep. On the last one I finished out the lap. Ended up being 15 x .73 laps = 10.95mi @ 5:03/mi. Basic goal was to be at or under 3:39/lap (5:00/mi) 3:38 3:35 2:27, 1:35r (4:02) 3:35 3:38 2:29, 1:30r (3:59) 3:35 3:35 2:28, 1:32r (4:00) 3:34 3:35 2:28, 1:27r (3:55) 3:35 3:35 2:28, 1:03 (3:30)
