7AM- 3mi with Harvard w/ PG and JS, 7 x 1100y w/ 440 jog, 3+ to office.. 12mi I thought low 3min range would be a little smoother after the 1600s last week but probably carrying a bit of fatigue 3:06, 1:52 3:05, 1:54 3:06, 1:50 3:04, 1:50 3:04, 1:54 3:04, 1:48 2:57 32:33 for 5.875 (5:32/mi)
