Lone Gull 10k - 31:40 (5:06/mi) 15th. About what I expected. Out in no-mans land during first mile then got caught by Jesse who was great to stick with until he dusted me on downhill around 2.5mi. Got caught by Green around same time I caught Darmody around 4mi and was nice to have them to work with for a mile maybe or so but couldn't keep up. Really can't complain for like 4 weeks of training Garmin splits- 4:57 5:03 5:07 5:05 5:13 5:08 1:11 for .26mi pm- 6mi because PG asked to run. And it's cool to load up Sunday?
